"The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up"

"Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough."

" Had a fantastic three-night stay at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada. Having stayed at six different hotels in Goa, this one easily stands out as my favorite. The food was excellent, the staff were exceptional, and the heritage décor added a unique charm to the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and personal. Shuhana and the team took the time to ask about my journey, presented me with a necklace, and gave me a detailed tour of both the property and my room. Rakish, at the service and bar, was outstanding—engaging, attentive, and consistently ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. Laltu truly made the experience feel like home. He always seemed to be around whenever I needed anything, offering help with genuine care and warmth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Arpit, who checked in on my stay and ensured everything was going smoothly. It was a thoughtful and classy gesture that added to an already memorable visit. Even during checkout, he was incredibly helpful and accommodated a late checkout to align with my airport transfer. I would highly recommend this hotel for its authentic Goan atmosphere, five-star service, and peaceful location in North Goa. If you do stay here, I encourage you to look out for and appreciate the wonderful team members—Laltu, Rakish, Shuhana, and Arpit—who truly make the experience special.
