"Cable box was dead. They had an empty king bedroom next to me but wanted to move me upstairs instead. Manager said I'd get a small credit back. Never happened. Took a shower in the morning only to find that it wasn't cleaned properly. HK needs glasses to see all the long hairs left on the walls. Not the best time. Should be a 50% refund. Bedroom has an ancient spring mattress. They should upgrade for the prices they ask in the season. For one night it's wtvr."
