The room (10) was small, there was no luggage racks or much space. The bathroom/toilet sink was extremely small. The room was clean. Staff at the hotel were very polite and engaging. The restaurant/Bar attached to this hotel is the draw. The menu was seasonal and the food was very good. Five stars for the restaurant.

Had a two night stay here. Close to everything. Walking distance to cafes etc. parking at back. Lovely bistro. Room was small, but expected that. Bed very comfortable. Only one small cake of soap and no milk. Nice comfortable stay .

The rooms are small but this is a renovated pub. I had a room with no windows but it was very comfortable and fit for purpose. Great for an overnight stay.

Everything about this place was brilliant from the cleanliness and conditions to the great service and convenience. The staff are friendly and the pub makes by far, the best parmigiana in Victoria!

Didn’t use any of the Hotels facilities other than a room which was small but adequate. Paid for queen room got a double bed which was terribly uncomfortable and left me with a bad back. Let down the whole experience of what could have been an enjoyable stay.

The initial wlcome from the the staff on receptiopn was excellent and informative and friendly. The room was accessible via lift and the rooms were small but very coimfortable with very clean bathroom and a fully stocked bar (I probably used too much of). While there was no breakfast, the evening meal was very good, I had the steak and my friend had the barramundi with a side of veggies and a long island iced tea. The whole stay and experience was very pleasant with all staff being firiendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy if you are in the Sale area, in fact even if you are not then go out of your way to spend a night or two in tyhis fantastic restasblishment.

Great Spot
Group of us stayed for Great Vic Bike ride and it was fantastic. Staff were amazing, assisted with everything we needed, rooms were lovely, clean, tidy. Hotel was excellent. Worth even if you want a nice meal but def to stay! Great town and Hotel.

The Hotel was absolutely amazing, we stayed in the room suited for those with limited mobility or in a wheelchair and it is the best planned, easiest to access room. They thought of everything and although I am not in a wheelchair myself, I have mobility issues, I could not find a fault with the bathroom facilities. There were rails right where I needed them and as a tall person this helped significantly, there were shelves that were accessible for both wheelchair users and others with limited mobility which made getting dressed easier. My only fault would be the lack of a seat in the bathroom which would have made that process much easier. I would not however, under any circumstances recommend the restaurant on the ground floor. It took 45 minutes to get drinks to our table and we then waited another hour to be served our meals. In that time 5 other tables were seated, served and had left, despite us bringing this to their attention the service was still dreadful and I will not be returning for a meal.

Reversing from the lift the stairs (going downstairs were directly behind me. Very lucky I did not tumble down. The heater did not work and it was freezing. Good bathroom for disabled guests but there was no shower stool.

Great location + value for money.
One night stay for visiting Golden Beach. Pros : Great location. Clean. Great bathroom size(almost as big as the main room) . Friendly staff. Price per night. Nice and warm at night (winter stay in July) close to shops and food. Near the lake. Shower is strong and good temp. Cons: bedroom is a little small however couple or single is fine. Shared belcony right outside the window, some people might not like this. Will I stay again? Yes. Also recommend others too.
