Clean and comfortable, staff called taxi for us, very close to Roman walk bridge, great views. But no evening restaurant, but many in walking distance. Would have enjoyed more outdoor space.

Excellent hotel location with wonderful staff!

Excellent hotel location next to historic Roman Bridge and walking distance to beautiful old city. All the staff in Reception desk was do friendly and exceptionally helpful. Especially, Javier was so kind and patient helping my frequent requests with beautiful smile.

Location was good but the hotel is a little tired inside and could do with some updates. We did not try the restaurant so can't comment on food. They offer free electric car charging but the charging area is impossible to access as it is packed with delivery trucks and other vehicles. Very poorly thought out.

Great Hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was excellent. Close to nearby attractions of Salamanca. A short 10 minute walk to the plaza major. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and responded quickly to any of our requests. We would stay here again.

Nice Hotel in a good location

Great location for exploring the town. Staff pleasant and helpful. Off site parking a bit annoying but can drop bags off and pick them up by parking outside hotel for a few minutes. Did not think much of the breakfast but coffee ok.

Sorry. Im sure we got the worst room in the place but the window opened into where they park motor bikes. The air-conditioning only did heat. And i could hear people talking at 3Am. We asked if there was a better room and was told no. We then checked expedia and it said 4 available so we were lied too. Pretty bad when the phone from reception is able to be heard and not answered.

Quiet, clean hotel

The staff was great-helpful, pleasant and they understood English when I couldn't come up with the Spanish. The windows in our room, however began at ~10 feet from the ground. We were unable to see anything outside from our bedroom windows. The staff claimed that they were full and could not change our room, but I don't think that was true, as I was easily able to book our room only several days before we arrived, and we did not see that many visitors in our hotel building or in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is adjacent to the River Tormes, and there's a wonderful bike/pedestrian path that follows the river behind the hotel. It was really nice to go for a walk or run in the morning on that trail.
