"It took so much time to check me in. The front desk guy was nice but he had to call the hotel manager to confirm that he received my online reservation. This is not the worst part yet, my room number is 99. That room was next to a generator or something that works on and off every five minutes. I could not sleep at all. I called the front desk to complain after 2 am but they are not picking up my calls. I had to check our at 3:30 am. "

"no beach access need a bus for 15 minutes to get there and bus comes once every hour, food is below avg with no options with such cost "all meals" I expected much more, one bedroom with no balcony, not enough staff, no proper water activities just a pool of 1.5M and a tiny pool for kids I wont go there again, no night activity what so ever no lights nothing "
