The perfect place to be in Santa Maria, wonderful appartment directly on the beach right next to the pier. Very well equipped, absolutely clean, friendly and helpful staff, we loved it! The only thing we would have changed is the mattresses, they are too soft ;)

You have access to everything you need with a breathtaking beach. Everything you need and more is accessible with a distance walk. In the center of it all. The house is beautiful, clean and worth the stay. They will reach out to accommodate rides if you need it. The manager respond right away. Thank you for making my stay so lovely. I will return back for sure! I stayed there because of my sister and i recommend it.

Contrary to the information from Hotels.com, there was no daily room cleaning. The apartment was in good condition and is very centrally located. At night there is security watching the building.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. When we booked the management contacted us to first say hello and to ask if we needed a transfer arranged from the airport to the apartment, that was appreciated. On arrival we met Sara the apartment manager who was so helpful getting us settled in, explaining details about the local area and giving us her contact details for anything else we might think of that we may need support with whilst there. The cleaners came in once during our stay to give the apartment a nice spruce up! The apartment had a lovely balcony that looked out over the town, apartments on the other side had ocean views, next time we will take an apartment on the ocean side! The facilities were spot on, clean and functional bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with pots, plates, oven/hob, fridge etc. Lovely reception room (which we barely used as we were out all the time!). The beds were comfortable and clean and there is nice local artwork throughout the property. The property is very well located as it is approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the beach and the local restaurants, bars and shops are a short stroll away. This is an excellent base for planning whatever you are doing on the island as it is central, easy to find and everything is accessible to you.
This is the beautiful Santa Maria beach which is right next to the apartment.

Die Sauberkeit war super und die Apartments sind wunderschön und toll ausgestattet. Wir haben eine tolle Betreuung bekommen und die Apartments sind auch toll gelegen. Es gibt sogar eine Dachterasse mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Strand direkt daneben. Man fühlt sich auch sehr sicher und auch die Anbindung an die Stadt ist perfekt.

Det bedste sted at bo i Santa Maria

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Villa Ao Mare. Hver morgen når vi stod op og kunne høre bølgerne, når vi sad eller lå på altanen og nød et glas vin og fulgte livet på stranden eller lige smuttede ned og tog en dukkert… så følte vi os SÅ heldige, over at bo netop her. Hotellet er pænt, rent, roligt og hyggeligt - og så ligger det HELT perfekt i forhold til stranden og byen. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale Villa Ao Mare.

L'appartamento è bellissimo. Su due piani con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Dall'interno dell'appartamento vi è l'accesso diretto ad una terrazzina "privata" sul tetto. Le virgolette perchè la terrazza è unica, ma divisa da dei recinti in legno che separano gli spazi di ogni appartamento. Durante il nostro soggiorno, però, sulla terrazza siamo stati soli. La cucina accessoriata e pulizie ogni 3 giorni. Tutto perfetto. I gestori sono stati super disponibili e molto gentili. Ottima posizione.

Prima accommodatie, volledig en smaakvol ingericht. Uitzicht op de oceaan en binnen 20.meter van het penthous stap je zo de azuurblauwe oceaan in. Erg prettige communicatie met de eigenaar Paolo Mastrotto.

Beautiful apartment with great location

The apartment was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, right at the beach and short walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. We had a rooftop terrace which was lovely! The wifi was ok, but it only worked in the living room. We had some issues with running water and we went almost a day without it. We were also without electricity for about 8-9hours but this was a problem in the whole Santamaria area. The soundproofing was bad, we could hear everything from the street and surrounding apartments. The staff was mostly very polite and helpful but some came across as unfriendly. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Sal.

Ya es la.segunda vez que ocurre en.estos apartamentos, reservas un tipo de apartamento y cuando llegas es otro distinto al que reservas y al.que comunicas antes de ir. Tiene muy buena ubicación pero prefiero no sentirme engañado con las reservas ya que contratas algo y al final no te solucionan sus errores. No creo que vuelva a estos apartamentos

Niet twijfelen, maar zeker gaan!!

Prachtige, complete appartementen direct aan het strand en centraal gelegen in Santa Maria omringt door heerlijke restaurants. Kies wel een appartement met zeezicht, achterkant is echt niet leuk. De bovenste appartementen hebben een extra dakterras. Kraanwater is niet drinkbaar! Water is schaars, daarom krijg je maar 1x in de 3 dagen 2 handdoeken p.p. en worden de bedden verschoont, wil je dit vaker, dan betaal je €10,- per set p.p. Zeewater is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, ook in de winter, maar dan zijn er veel hoge golven! Constante temperatuur zo rond 25 graden, wel goede zonnebrand nodig! Neem genoeg mee! Naast gelegen Sal Beach Club ideaal om wat te eten, kitesurfles en lenen van strandstoelen. Je betaalt alleen de borg van € 10,- per stoel p.d. In alle restaurants is freewifi. In het appartement wel wifi beschikbaar voor € 14,- p.w. (contant betalen). De nadruk ligt wel op de Italiaanse keuken en de verse vis aanvoer van die dag. Geef bij tonijn aan hoe je hem gebakken wilt, anders krijg je hem doorbakken. Neem zeker een kijkje op de pier als de vis aankomt. In de meeste supermarkten is heel weinig vers beleg te krijgen. Overal in Santa Maria zitten kleine supermarktjes. Mensen zijn heel vriendelijk, zeker niet opdringerig. De levensstandaard ligt bijna gelijk aan Nederland. Het enige minpuntje is dat de eigenaar geen engels spreekt, dat is wel lastig als er verder niemand aanwezig is.

Great location, clean and well maintained.

The unit is much better than the entryway, halls or staircase. The dead-end ocean views are wonderful. Our particular unit was sparsely furnished. This, combined with the lack of an elevator, probably makes the top floor units more appropriate for younger people. The newness and cleanliness, coupled with the location, make this a good choice in Santa Maria.
