Staff were lovely and the hotel was in a convenient location. Our room was upgraded and the beds were very comfortable. If I travelled to Istanbul again I'd stay here.

Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise.
The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service.
I would rate it close to a five star.
