And of course they delivered! From Bharat, of housekeeping, who expertly got our laundry done overnight, and pampered us with care and delightful little decor surprises, to the entire reception and restaurant staff, the well appointed gift shop’s gentlemen, to Pranshu, of management, who miraculously provided me with the maps I had unsuccessfully been looking for in countless places across Bhopal and its region, and provided us with lots of useful information with warmth and genuine dedication, I could go on and on… oh yes, and the magical spa massages that put a smile on my husband’s lips each and every time, leaving him totally relaxed and reenergized! This has been our perfect place to restore our strength, delight our taste buds, inform us about the region’s many fascinating historical places and art and provide us with wonderful lasting memories!
