Overall, the Kensington Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, during my 3-night, 4-day stay, the issue with ants in the room was never resolved, which was quite troublesome. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the room was beautiful, making my stay enjoyable.

Awesome staff

Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the lovely staff. They were so nice and kind. There were 2 things that I did not give a 5 start The dinner buffet could have been better. Also, I was disappointed that there was no snorkeling rental.

I felt sorry for the slide and the kids' play. It's a pity that Kenidek is available only late because it's a weekday. The balcony view was so pretty and the service was nice. The sailing service was attractive because you could see the beautiful sea far away. The person who gave me a sailing ride was so kind and it was the best experience.

The property was nice, clean & modern, very comfortable room, except AC was extremely week The pools & grounds were nice The TV had limited channels & no high def, so quality was low. Wouldn't let me stream from my phone or laptop. wouldnt play video from Usb My shower door wouldn't stay closed so flooded the floor every shower Internet was slow, There are no restaurant options if not on inclusive plan, no room service

The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff on-site may make things go more smoothly. As it is all-inclusive, the meals featured a variety of different menus for each meal, making it enjoyable for a two- or three-day stay. For longer stays, however, the options might feel repetitive, so it could be a good idea to plan to explore some restaurants in town. We used the hotel’s shuttle service, but for groups of several people, taxis would certainly be more cost-effective, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Thank you very much!

The property is unique and definitely caters to the Asian visitors. Beautiful room, spacious. Cons: sewer smell on ground floor near restaurant, front desk told us it would be less expensive to purchase meals through them than at the dining places onsite. This was not true- it was MORE expensive. I told them this at checkout and no offer to make anything right. Pool was nice and view extraordinary.
