I didnt get helped and lost alot of money. The reservation didnt want me to move my dates and said its non refundable you have to come that date. I asked to pay the difference if i move the date to next month but still not helping so i lost money for nothing

Staffs are very friendly. Hptel's atmosphere is great. However it was very unfortunate that I had to take a shower with water in the morning and night. There is hot water only during day tiem.

The check in and out is smooth. It’s in a good location but the hotel is too old and definitely should be renovated. The pillow is too low to sleep, and it could be with better lighting as well.

Descent place
Nice place but needs a little love, can see it's an old hotel and maintenance lacked a bit over the years. Being in the city core is great to get to restaurants or shopping.

Property has a great view. My room had old crusty cheetos in the chair cushions, the bed was hard as a rock, and the shower appeared to have mold.

FF&E is really old. The motor of air conditions was very noisy the whole night. Due to the protestors destructed airport so my flight was cancelled and I immediately called the hotel but the receptionist and sales representative showed no sympathy and declined my request to compensate one night even though I proposed to add three more room nights. This hotel provided no service and not considerate and flexible to customer.

The room is terribly dirty, room facilities are old, dirty, dusty and not properly managed. All towels are dirty and unacceptable. Front desk staff are not flexible to requests. I couldn’t get my room even exceeding the standard check-in time due to waiting repairement of the room table. Some facilities are malfunction or broken : room door was occasionally unable to be opened both externally and internally; door paint was seriously peeled off; bath-tub drainage outlet is broken; electrical washing toilet seat was partially malfunction; there are 2 elevators, but 1 of them was completely out of order, the other one had ever been not operating suddenly, so I did not dare to use it anymore. In conclusion, obviously will not recommend this resort to others.

The old part of the hotel has very pool design. The cleanness is not so great. The bathroom smells. Considering this is in Saipan, it is not so bad. Will stay again.

bad attitude from hotel staff, the hotel's really old. Room service keeps taking my towel without replacing them with new ones. They don't provide water or any eating utensils. A very sub par experience for their price.

Complete failure. You deserve better.
Location - the relative good thing about this hotel Facilities - old rooms, poorly maintained. No hot water just merely warm, unless it’s daytime when the sun heated the water Cleanliness - horrible. Found blood stain on toilet seat and a dried hand wipe hanging over the bathroom curtains bar checked in. Service - please have no expectations. Asked for towel for the pool and had waited for more than two hours and still no refill at the front desk. Staff - the worst among all attributes and all hotels. Front desk staff (I would never forget the name Pem) were rude and unhelpful whenever you approached. The housekeeper refused to make up my room when I asked her to come back in 15 minutes because she was out of time. Don’t let this hotel ruin your holiday. You deserve better!

The hotel is geared towards the Asian clientele. Beds were hard, like sleeping on the floor. Was advised by hotel staff I could have asked for a soft bed. Staff was nice and very helpful. Construction nearby but the noise was not really bad. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Great views with the mountains on one side, ocean on the other. Rooms are a little bit dated but tolerable. I would stay again. Wi-Fi was a but shoddy but it was included in room price and accessible throughout the hotel.

Good basic hotel; somewhat dated.
Good view of the BEAUTIFUL lagoon and beach. Staff was pleasant. Seemed a good value for money. I think that this is a Japanese chain; the beds are bigger-than-American twin beds. I don't know whether they have 2 person beds. They have a coin op laundry which we did not use, but it's nice to know that it's there.

Our overall experience in Saipan was lovely, but can’t say the hotel played a big part in it. The rooms were quite run down, however it seems that they built a new tower at the resort which I imagine hold nicer rooms. The pool area was nice and the beach just steps away. There is a marine sports company right on the beach that provides all of the fun stuff. I would suggest maybe some grooming on the beach, it seemed it bit unkept with random weeds everywhere. The towel situation at this resort is a very sensitive topic. You’ll find that anytime you want a towel for the pool you have to get it at the front desk and check out the amount of towels you need. Then you must return those by 9pm in order to not get fined and receive fresh ones. This system wasn’t the issue however the staff at the front desk wouldn’t allow their towels on the beach, even if it was on a lounge chair. Also you have to wait till 9am to pick up towels. We waited till 9am went to get towels and the young man at the front desk interrogated me on to where I was going to take the towels and if I was sure because they are not allowed on the beach. When I said I would be staying in the pool area he proceeded to tell me that they were out of towels from the day before and for me to check back at 10am possibly 11. My problem with this is that the resort doesn’t offer much but the pools and beach so I would expect that the towel situation would be something that is not so difficult.

It's in the middle of Garapan and nice staff. The room condition was ok not too bad and the room size was bit small. Good ocean view and close to beach.

Worst hotel in Saipan. Don't recommend to anyone. 95 degrees outside same if not worse in the rooms. Very very uncomfortable. Cannot sleep in this condition. I paid for a comfortable room. This is way below standard. I checked out on the first day although I paid for 3 days. No refund. The staff said "the air conditioning is very old, the motor is running but only hot air coming out".

Not a "resort"! Old and dated.
This is a very old hotel that has not been updated at all on the inside of rooms. The air conditioners do not work which is why they had a dehumidifier in each room that runs 24/7. I emptied it three times a day (once in the middle of the night each night)! The container was about 2 liters so that tells you how humid the rooms are and how bad the ac is. The bathrooms are very old. The beds are SUPER hard like sleeping on the floor. Dated furniture. Not a "resort". Also don't expect wireless in your room unless you are right by the guest services. They moved me bc I needed it after insisting I have it.

とにかく日本人スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。 場所はサイパンホテルの中で1番いいのではないでしょうか？！ 隣にスーパー、DFS、ABCマートは近い。 レストランやカフェもあります。 メンイのビーチも歩けます。 唯一残念なのがシャワーのお湯はでるが 勢いが全くなかった事です。
