Got there having been previously booked in and on arrival it was closed down , no email or message from either hotel or Hotel .com to confirm this 28/12/2022 . dark raining and tired after driving down from Calais to find the hotel deserted .

Très mauvaise expérience.

Pire expérience dans un hôtel ! Odeur de tabac à la réception et dans la chambre. 2 degrés dehors et le chauffage n’était pas allumé dans la chambre à notre arrivée le soir. Une fois allumé la température de la chambre n’a pas dépassé les 14 degrés ! La pomme de douche était fixée avec du scotch. La lunette des wc n’était pas fixée. Le carrelage était tellement froid qu’il était humide et glissant.

Bien, chambre et salle de bain petites mais pour une nuit, cela passe, surtout seul dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Le petit déjeuner, très bien, buffet complet.

de passage sur Saintes pour un mariage sur Saintes. Une seule nuit. petit déjeuner bien. Propreté acceptable mais l'établissement intérieur et exterieur aurait franchement besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement pour l'amener en 2022 !

Trop chère pour cet hôtel

Bonjour, Très agréable la piscine par cette forte chaleur. En revanche chambre non climatisées et compliqué d'ouvrir au vu du passage en extérieur. Chambre très moyenne pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen.

Tired hotel

Hotel needed to tlc. Only hand wash supplied so had to get own shampoo and shower gel. Bedding was clean however towels were well worn. Lots of road traffic noise.

Premier problème pour moi pas de réception avant 16h30 Chambre et salle de bain très petite avec une vu sur l’arrière de l.hôtel et sur un local technique. Petit déjeuner prohibitif.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé

Chambre spacieuse avec grand lit. La douche est un peu petite. Accueil sympathique. Parking non fermé. Etablissement idéalement placé pour aller à Royan Ile d'Oléron et Rochefort ou Cognac. Proche des zones commerciales et à 2 minutes à pieds du Mac Donald.

Le linge était pas propre , la housse de la chaise de la chambre pas changer après le passage précédent. Les sets de tables pas remplacé après les clients au moment des petits déjeuners, pas de prise de courant au niveau de la table de nuit. Prix des petits déjeuners execif aux vu de la gamme de produits ( discount), et petite quantité et pas d information qu il était possible d’en redemander. Alors que c est vendu à volonté .
