"In general I enjoyed the stay very much. The proprietor is lovely and helpful, the lodging itself is dated but full of charm. Breakfast was modest but fresh and very tasty. "My husband didn’t like having to go up 60+ stairs to our room and he found the bed a bit ‘lumpy’. We didn’t have breakfast as we left at 6.30 am to catch the ferry.
Stair carpet looks tired and ready for replacement.
Conveniently located for the ferry port and near to the beach front. Plenty of restaurants offering good menu choices in the area."
