3 nights at Karibea
We arrived from our flight at the desk and the room was suppose to be available starting from 3pm. At 3h15 the time we arrived, the room was not ready with no approximate time to when it would be available. The desk clerk seemed to find that normal and even had an attitude when we were surprised that it was not ready. The internet wifi was off for more then 24h. With no way to know when it would come back and again for them that was no problem. Coming from canada we don't have the same phone rate as in France so it can be costly to use our own internet data. On a better note, the hotel is very well situated, close to a walking/running trail route du littoral. It has 2 pools, easy parking, everything for the kitchen when you take the room with it. Not so far from the airport. A very good breakfast buffet with good coffee. And of course right next to the beach. The mattress was very hard but most of the beds in La Martinique are the same.

If you are staying less then 3 nights you won't get a beach towel, no exception.. Amenities are basic not to say close to none. No cups or glasses in the room and had to negotiate for 10 minutes just to get 2 glasses to the room. The hotel is very busy and crowded. Breakfast options are very limited and very poor quality. It was my 3rd hotel on the island during our stay and sad to say the worst experience.On the good side the location to explore south of the island is very convenient.

Emplacement incroyable : vue sur la mer et les lointaines montagnes! J'ai pris une suite avec vue sur la mer. Pour le service, on a attendu 30 minutes pour avoir la chambre et on omis de nous donner des informations nécessaires sur le site comme le code de la bariere pour aller à la plage. Nous étions incapable de revenir sur le site...une chance qu'il y avait un autre client pour nous donner le code. L'accueil du restaurant sur le site fut médiocre et le service. La nourriture était relativement bonne. En raison de la qualité du service, je vais donner un 3.5 sur 10.

You need a rental car if you’re planning to stay at this property. Buffet breakfast a little disappointing. Same food everyday. Lunch/dinner menu very expensive. Property needs to be updated

We had a great time in an upper corner apartment with kitchen facilities. The kitchen was a bit understocked, which made cooking a challenge but we made do. The apartment was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful all the way. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

It was not a pleasant stay. The room was full with bugs. Every thing was in french so we could not read the signs or menus for dinner. And there is no stores around within walking distance. It is in a decelerate area. If u don't speak creole or french i do not advise to stay there.

The room wasn't ready for check in until 16:00 which left quiet a lot of hanging around at check in. The property itself was clean but slightly out the way of other shops and restaurants that left you reliant of the on site facilities. Whilst these restaurants offered good food they did seem to keep strange hours which at times left nowhere to eat.

Not up to par with destination for US tourists
Stay was mediocre. Our room category was not respected because the hotel was oversold. The quality of the hotels amenities was not up to par with a resort. No transportation was available to and from towns, airport or attractions. Taxi rides were always over 60€ for a 20 minute ride. The excursions and day trips were sold by a third party that was never present. The evening entertainment was lackluster. On a positive note the beaches were natural and quiet and never crowded.

Loved the beach, very peaceful and having 2 pools is always good!!! Hotel rooms needs an update and if your home room is near the pool by the bar get ready to hear music if you’re trying to sleep early.

All furniture and kitchenette was old and damage.. Boy from reception make disco from 5.00am! Absolutely egoist stuff. Program with live music every night to 1-2.00am after midnight. Can't sleep all night all guests with small children!?

Way too expensive for what it is
$150 for a room without a toilet roll holder! The bathroom was super basic; the room itself was small and spartan. No wifi in the room. One split system air conditioner in the corner. No coffee/tea making. One empty fridge. We asked to be changed to a better room but was told that would be more expensive. This would be a good deal at $50, and OK at $70. It is a joke at $150.

Awesome for price
This was my first time traveling alone so I was slightly apprehensive, however the staff here was amazing especially Victor who runs the bar . Front desk staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were spacious and clean great pools and great views. It seems like mainly a family resort but was great for my solo trip. My only complaint would be there is really not many food options there is a pizza shop walking distance, however everything both on and off the hotel grounds closed by 9 PM . There are two “restaurants” on the grounds, however one only serves pizza after 5pm. The other buffet style restaurant had a decent breakfast but the dinner options were not great.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. En chambre confort le petit dej est compris ça a été la bonne surprise. La Situation géographique est ideale à 30 minutes de la Anse d Arlet, 30 minutes de Fort de France et 30 minutes de Saint Anne. En fin de journée nous pouvions profiter de l une des 3 piscines.

Belle emplacement en bord de mer accès facile à la plage. Personnel gentil sans plus ils n’ont jamais accepté de nous prêté des verres en vitre pour prendre l’apéro dans la chambre on dû se contenter de verre de cartons. Stationnement difficile. Tout de même un endroit où on reviendrait. Les repas buffet sont excellent avec vin compris.

Mauvaise expérience pour nous dans cet hôtel😫. Vieillot, chambres non entretenues😱. Situé au milieu de nulpart, loin de tout. Ne pas se référer aux photos trompeuse des sites internet. Les jardins sont plus propre que les chambres. Les peintures dates de 20 ou 30 ans, moisissures, rouille, mastique cloqué et moisi dans la salle de bain sans savon. Même les ceintres sont rouillés. Pour vous laver les mains utiliser le gel douche, me dit l'hotesse d'acceuil. Infiltration d'une trappe au plafond. Éléctricité pas aux norme🔌💡. Pas de téléphone pour joindre l'acceuil☎️📞. Un seul chevet, pas de prises éléctrique pour charger les téléphones. 2 lampes de chevet poussièreuse dont une la tête de travers. Des meubles datant de l'époque cloniale repeint à l'arrache. Un bureau sans chaise. 3 prises disponible, une ne fonctionne pas. Un interrupteur non fonctionnel dans l'entrée. Un téléviseur miniature tout droit sortie de la maison des poupées barbie🖥. Un fil d'antenne télé collé au mur avec un pansement. Une caution de 50€ par serviette de piscine🤑. Un frigo bruyant ne refroidissant pas. Une eau chaude ultra bouillante impossible à mélanger avec eau froide, mitigeur eco non fonctionnel. Choisir entre eau brulante ou eau froide. La réception nous dit qu'un technicien va passer, on l'a attendu tout notre séjour. Un sol glissant comme une patinoire, avec du carrelage fissuré un peu partout. Une clim bruyante audessus du lit. Bruit des compresseurs de clim collés à la terrasse
