The unit was clean and nice. There were no hooks or closet to hang coats, dresses or suits. The fridge door and kitchen didn’t leave much space to get around when open and they only provided 2 towels. The inner door lock did not match the code for the outer door that was provided and we locked in while leaving one morning for breakfast. It took 3 hours to get back in and the hotel had to call a locksmith to reset the code to let us in.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Loft 4. The unit is exactly as described and was equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lovely was lovely and we watched the sunset each evening from the patio. Communication with Alexandre, the property manager was easy and he quickly resolved a small issue we had. And he and was very friendly. Would highly recommend Les Lofts and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I never received the access code for this reservation. I booked this room for my wedding guests, and they were left stranded outside with their 4-month old baby. There was no number to call and no agent to contact, which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I expect full refund and compensation for this extremely frustrating experience.

La chambre etait magnifique, propre et la deco alest parfaite. Ainsi que le confort. J'adore cet endroit. Cette fois ci le seul point que je n'ai pas aimé, les escaliers n'ont pas etaient déneigés pendant mon sejour et il y a tombé de la neige a chawue jour. Je recommande cet endroit magnifique.

Cela était ma deuxième fois, la première fois, j’ai pris le loft 1 la deuxième fois donc celle-ci l’offre numéro 2 température cet été à 16°, je suis gelé, pompes de douche, de vieillot, ridicule, et comme la dernière fois, les bûches de bois écho qui ne brûlent pas. Alors sérieux, mon expérience de 10 est passé à un aujourd’hui
