"Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Nous avions demandé d’avoir une chambre près de celle de ma sœur et sa famille et l’hôtel a accédé à notre demande. Nous avions des chambres communicantes. Nous avons aimé les piscines, spas et saunas. Nous avons aussi apprécié les restaurants à 5 minutes de marche, ainsi que les tables dans l’entrée principale et sur la terrasse de l’hôtel pour manger. Il y a aussi 2 bornes de recharge (pas gérées par l’hôtel) pour les véhicules électriques (1,50$ l’heure). Il faut télécharger une application pour les utiliser. Le seul bémol: le stationnement qui était à pleine capacité en fin de soirée."

"Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’endroit était idéalement situé dans le quartier Saint-Roch, près des restaurants et à quelques minutes du parc Victoria. L’appartement était très grand, propre et bien organisé. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner : vaisselle, ustensiles, réfrigérateur, casseroles, poêle, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, four et lave-vaisselle. C’était parfait pour notre famille avec un bébé. Nous avions demandé une chaise haute et un lit pour bébé, et on nous a également fourni des couverts pour bébé, ce qui était très apprécié. L’accès à l’hôtel et à l’appartement était très facile grâce à notre code personnalisé. La seule petite anicroche concernait le stationnement. Nous avions réservé une place à l’avance, mais le jour même, on nous a informés que nous n’avions pas de réservation. Heureusement, une place était disponible et le personnel a rapidement réglé la situation. Le stationnement est sous l’immeuble et le plafond est assez bas (6 pi 2 po maximum). Nous avons réussi à y stationner notre petit VUS, avec un peu de temps et d’efforts. Le secteur est généralement sécuritaire. Il y a un centre de consommation supervisée à quelques coins de rue, mais il est suffisamment éloigné de l’hôtel et facilement évitable au besoin. Nous serons heureux de séjourner de nouveau au Terminus Hôtel lors de notre prochaine visite!"

"No complaints but I was expecting it to be nicer. Our room and our friends’ room had views of a wall (or a fire escape in their case) and the bathrooms were some of the tiniest I’ve ever encountered. The bar is really nice. The location is great. The people working there were nice. The breakfast was buffet and was the equivalent of a much lower level hotel. All in all fairly “meh”"
