Had to pay for bed sheets at the property, plus we weren’t allowed drinks around the pool which wasn’t easy for us as we had kids so had to walk like every 30 mins to our apartment to getting drinks.

Absolutely Disgraceful – Should Be Condemned

This place is beyond disgusting. No carpets, just filthy floors that haven’t seen a mop in years. The bed had no bedding – no sheets, no duvet, just a bare, stained mattress that looked like it came from a skip. And yes, it had bed bugs. I left with bites all over my arms and legs. No hot water at all. Couldn’t even take a proper shower. The bathroom was cold, mouldy, and smelled like sewage. It felt like using a public toilet in a rundown train station. The whole place is falling apart and completely unhygienic. There was dirt in every corner, and absolutely nothing was cleaned or maintained. Staff didn’t care. No apology, no refund, just shrugs and excuses. This isn’t a hotel – it’s a health risk. Avoid at all costs. Sleeping in your car would be a step up.

Awful experience.

The hotel is very disappointing and our stay was awful. The receptionist was rude on arrival and their was limited information around the reception which lead to our lack of expectations of what ammenties we were going to receive in the room. The hotel did not provide one single hand or body towel, expect a dish towel which was dirty. There was no bed sheet/pillow covers, meaning we were required to sleep with a thick material blanket, which we do not believe to of been cleaned between each use. This was not explained and to our disgust the hotel room was not clean and there were stains on the bed. The receptionist main communication was regarding taking our own rubbish to the bin area and our strict check out time. The reception closed at 6pm so once we had checked in there was no one to speak to about our concerns. The room was particularly hot and clammy with no air conditioning, only a small weak fan. In the morning the reception should of been opened until 10.30, we adhered to our strict 10am curfew, but the reception was closed creating more frustrations and resulted in us having to post the key in a letter box. Overall this hotel, impacted on what was a successful trip across the riveria and for less money we had expectational hotel experiences.

Aucun transport ni commerce ni rien du tout ,la plage la plus proche et a 6km ideme pour le centre-ville Si pas de voiture vraiment ne prenez meme pas le risque de louee a cette endroit complètement isoler, autrement le logement en lui même et correct mais pas de clim ni aucun service proposé malheureusement ce qui est vraiment dommage.

Pour une nuit, piscine agréable, chambre ok, une odeur très étrange (désagréable) et persistante dans le couloir. Nous avions réservé pour 3 pax, à l’arrivée nous n’étions que 2 et lorsque nous l’avons signalé au check-in, on nous a répondu que nous devions payer le même montant, incl. une taxe de séjour pour 3 personnes car ça ne changeait rien!? Calcul surprenant…
