"The hotel was close to the promenade, just a street back. Good outside space. Tea/coffee facilties a little wanting, not replenished enough, no milk.
Breakfast good. Could be a water dispenser in the foyer for guests use."

"We stayed here for a week.
The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the whole time. The hotel has a tiny elevator that leads to long wait times and is an inconvenience. The hotel didn't have ramps for carrying luggage (there were 6-7 steps to get to the elevator) and staff didn't offer help to help with the luggage either. The rooms are tiny, if you have to open two suitcases, you cannot walk from one side of the room to the other. The room didn't have refrigerator and iron, there was air...

"We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Saint-Raphaël Centre Plage! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the French Riviera.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and questions.
