No air conditioning on the hottest day of the year and we weren’t told or was it even discussed on check in. apparently nothing the could do because the system was down. I should have noticed something when all the doors on the bottom level were open for air flow. Very uncomfortable."

The property offers secure gated parking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy. I had requested a ground-floor room, and they happily arranged it for us. "This is a lovely, well located hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I was traveling with my small dog and we enjoyed the proximity to the parks and the tree lined walk directly in front of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorites now!!"

"We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights. The grounds are breathtaking and really fun to explore. We felt like royalty!! The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, & accommodating. All of our meals were delicious. Though the rooms are not air conditioned & get pretty warm during the day (mid-July), the nights cool off very nicely and we had no trouble sleeping. We highly recommend this hotel."
