"The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great. "

We could not stay there for three more nights so I made quick reservation on Expedia and we went right to the hotel. It was only 10 in the morning but we had not had a lot of sleep. "The property was clean and it looked like in the photos minus the bloom and bliss and flowers in the vase. What got me a bit uncomfortable was that the parking was not available anymore (so maybe ask in advance to keep you a spot - but there are parking lots not far away from the venue and I think they are cheaper) and no one asked for any identification. I just got there and was handed the key. That was it, no more info was given. It looked like the place was ran by smiling youngsters who don't bother much. When asking a question it felt like I was replied to in a fast way, yet friendly. Downsides: No bedsheet for the blankets for the couch and no warm water at all :( not even lukewarm. "
