"The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out "

"The apt is very spacious. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location is on the south side of island. You definitely need a car but easy to get to main areas. The hosts are very nice, considerate and more than helpful. "

"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic Adult All Inclusive. It was our anniversary. The door had a banner, and we had a free anniversary desert at dinner. The resort is beautiful with entertainment every day/night. Staff was very nice especially Alicia and Kevin at the front desk. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned for two days. Eventually we talked with the Resort Manager and the issue was resolved. Good options for food on site but some of the restaurants were closed because it was low-season (August 31 - September 5, 2025). The beach and pools are beautiful. I highly recommend stay here and we will return. "
