"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. "The entire staff is just rude, no smiles, seem miserable and not welcoming at all! Minus a couple men at the resort who were all smiles. The place was decent, food ok, but staff ruined the experience for us. I mean getting a drink the bar was a hassle most of the time."
