"I had a great stay at Location Alabin Hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, within easy walking distance of Sofia's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, responsive, and very communicative before and during my stay. Check-in was smooth, despite me arriving 1:30 am. "Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. "The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. The location is excellent, too - right by the central bus and train stations with lots of bus, tramway and metro connections available.
