We were welcomed by the owners on arrival and given a summary of local amenities and activities/places to see during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and their English was excellent. There is an optional charge for cleaning but you can waive this if you tidy up before you leave. We had an entire apartment to ourselves including a private bathroom, bedroom and open plan living/dining room. Double induction hob, cooking equipment, oven, sink, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, knives and forks are all included so you can do your own thing. The building is around 50 metres from the Hoguette beach wich is expansive and leads to several other beaches. The old town of Saint Malo is around 2 kilometres away and can be walked to along the seafront. There is a supermarket around a kilometer away and the hosts provide dollies to help bring your shopping back! If you value your independence and don't want to be situated in the middle of a bustling town then this is an excellent spot, around a 15 minute drive from the ferry port. Thank you Eve and Bruno!

Tout parfait, hôtes très sympatiques, accueillants et prévenants. Bord de mer à 50m, gare un peu loin à pied avec bagages. Neanmoins, nous reviendrons! P.i. juste pour ceux qui ont le sommeil sensible, la chasse d'eau est très bruyante, on l'entend aussi chez les voisins, ainsi que, parfois, leurs conversations (immeuble d'époque).

Séjour mémorable... A revivre vite !!

Accueil très agréable par le couple . Environnement exceptionnel en bord de plage avec accès piéton intra muros Appartement très bien équipé avec petite cour privative. Literie très confortable. Logement très propre Allez y en toute confiance. Le couple est adorable de gentillesse. On a hâte d y retourner.

Pro & con

Pro: super close to beach. very nice hosts. good parking Con: walking 30mins to old town. You need to clean everything before you leave.(Garbage, Bed, vacuuming floor). otherwise they charge you 35euro!!!!! If you can enjoy cleaning all your room before your morning checking out. it’s a good place to stay. oh also the bed isnt made when you arrive. you need to make it everything and before you leave you also need ti remove it. I wouldnt pick this place twice since i dont prefer enjoying my holiday instead of cleaning the whole room.
