"O isolamento acústico dos quartos é péssimo, aliás, não existe isolamento acústico e você ouve todos os barulhos imagináveis das suítes ao lado, de cima, da frente, da recepção, das escadas. A equipe de limpeza começa a faxina perto das 07h da manhã, então se você está esperando dormir e descansar, essa pousada não é o lugar ideal. Café da manhã fraco, cheio de itens faltando e várias mesas sujas com louças e resto de alimentos. "

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"Infelizmente não foi uma das melhores acomodações, o estacionamento é horrível, a localização é pior ainda. Deveriam solicitar junto a prefeitura o asfaltamento da entrada da rua que chega no hotel, acabou com pára-choque do carro aqueles imensos buracos. Quanto ao quarto, a cama de solteiro era bem desconfortável, enfim, precisa melhorar bastante coisa. "

"Hotel is closed for renovations. Was a a bit of a shock to show up late at night with everything closed up. There was communication sent earlier in the day that the reservation was changed to another hotel but I did not have cellular data. If it was not for two random guys across the street we likely would not have known what to do."
