Filthy room. Sheets not laundered. Miniature shower and toilets. Hard to get to rooms.

This was extremely convenient, with adequate parking. For the price it was great. Noise from the hallway as other guests or students returned through the night was pretty loud (Saturday night). WiFi signal was strong and fast. Overall, it was a good choice for us.

The economy room was a shared bathroom room. It was not explicit enough in the description and we realized it upon inspection of the room. Thankfully, we were able to pay and upgrade to a suite (private bathroom). Quality is that of course of a university dorm, so nice, clean and functional if you’re in a bind or not wanting to spend a lot.

Skip the Dishes delivered supper quickly. Laundry was available and there was no charge (but there was a charge for parking) Recommend if you like private hostel rooms

Comfortable, clean accommodations that are good value for money paid. Tricky finding the correct building when first arriving on campus; directions not offered prior to arrival and not obvious once on site. But check-in coordinator answered phone on 2nd attempt and provided instructions. On-site parking provided. In-room wifi. Room spotless but of course no A/C so it was open window or no air. Shared common bathroom was clean. Shower stalls tight but manageable. Big drawback: Rooms not soundproofed. You can hear every move in hallway and neighboring units. While room boasted en suite sink and outlets hesitated to use blow dryer out of concern it would disturb neighbors. Check out painless.

It was centrally situated and easily accessible. The only issues was that there was just 2 bath towels between 4 people, and our room had a weird smell in it. Maybe some freshener would have been good.

Great Value
For what we expected, UNB Summer Hotel is excellent. This was for an overnight stay where we were passing through. Large enough bed and clean. Fairly quiet, although that wasn't a concern of ours when booking. Better than expected out of a dorm room. Kind and courteous staff. Facilitated unexpected late check-in and were great with us.

Nice dorm room
I stayed in their universities before and this one was the smallest. Breakfast was okay, room & washroom were clean, no AC and only single cup provided. One thing I noticed was the tap water is not clear rather brownish but tasteless after flow through Brita filter.

UNB Summer Hotel
The hotel is a university dorm. The rooms were not very clean the first room we were sent hadn't be cleaned at all beds unmade dirty towels still in bathroom. They had to try 4 rooms before a clean one was found which still wasn't that clean. Also no air conditioning so room was very hot and stuffy .

Overpriced dirty accommodation with not a spoon or plate or piece of cookware anywhere in either the en-suite kitchenette or the communal kitchen. Paint chipped walls, dirty sink and toilet, disgusting messes in cupboards of communal kitchen, long ago stained chairs in kitchenette. Run far, run fast. This should have been $45/night not $104.

Had trouble getting into both my room and the building with my access passes even after getting the original card replaced. Gratefully, someone let me in. The lights in the hallway and washroom are way too bright for middle of the night bathroom runs. The washroom was far from my room and the communial kitchen was so ridiculously far I didn't bother to use it. I had to use the main entrance, passing two exit doors that I couldn't use getting to and from my room. Staff were kind, friendly and accommodating but it can't make up for the shortcomings of the facility, in my opinion.

We arrived late and had to call someone to let us in. We left early and no one was there on check out. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. There was a foul smell that we did not appreciate. Overall the stay was ok. No frills. 125$ including tax seemed over priced for a student residence.

The quality of A cheap Motel but less convenient.
Staff was super friendly. Dorm was not properly cleaned. Found garbage on floor. No tub, just shower stall. Security building so felt safe and very quiet since most of students are gone. Location wasn’t very convenient but for the price I guess it was ok.

I had requested a place that pets are allowed as I got there there was no mention of pets not allowed only after that when I brought everything in that they came to my door and said no pets allowed when it should have been said at the start and it should never have been on your website that they are pet

Collage Dorms for wayward travelers.
Staff (UNB) are super friendly. Restrooms and showers are communal. Looks like it's set-up for female dorms, so everything is clean and not torn up. Great security. Nice view of St John River (more like a lake) from right in front of the dorms. It's up atop a hill and away from the lowlands, so no homeless wandering about. In the morning it's a short walk to the Hospital, which has a 24 hr Tim Horton's!
