"Sandals Grande Antigua truly outdid themselves to make us feel like cherished guests. Charmantha works at the pizza place. After our first visit, she greeted us by name and would talk with us about Antigua and the culture.
When my husband lost his wedding ring in the ocean (the only bad part of our trip and not Sandals’ fault), Deshawn at the Mediterranean club desk went above and beyond to try to find it. He even brought in someone with a metal detector to search for it!
Keon, the Club Concierge, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We attended the cocktail hour and had a blast with some good food, funny games and lots of laughter!
Too many names to remember, but the staff overall (housekeeping, snorkeling staff, bartenders, activities staff and restaurant staff) was impressive. They want their guests to have an incredible experience and they work hard to make it happen!
