"Hier soir à 20h30, nous nous sommes présentés au Gîte des Mésanges (réservation n° 72069561495744). À notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a informés ne jamais avoir reçu de confirmation de réservation de la part d’Hotels.com. En conséquence, le logement n’était absolument pas prêt pour nous accueillir : travaux non terminés et gîte non chauffé. Nous nous sommes ainsi retrouvés le soir du réveillon, sans logement, accompagnés de notre enfant de 3 ans, situation totalement inacceptable et...

"We arrived after a very long journey and the welcome we received from Charlotte was amazing! She was so helpful and kind in making sure we had everything we needed! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. And I don't know where to start with the homemade breakfast - we all ate so much as it was all really tasty and fresh. We will definitely stay here again when travelling through France!"

"The hotel is absolutely charming, uniquely situated inside a gorgeous, historic château, and lovingly maintained and attended to in every detail. Our welcome was warm, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast just lovely, in a separate little cafe on the property that was near the castle grounds where you could also sit in a beautiful garden, swim in the pool, and/or play ping pong. A mon arrivée on a proposé un endroit plus petit qui sentait le renfermé et la poussière, et dont la décoration datait de mon arrière arrière-grand-mère le ménage avait été très succinct, la minuscule cuisine et la salle de bain cependant étaient propres Le chauffage était coupé au matin alors qu’il faisait 4° dehors et une isolation assez sommaire.
