Lovely hotel and great front desk staff. Great location in town and very walkable. Would certainly stay again. In our room, when adjacent room is occupied we heard lots of noises which was the only downside to a very nice visit.

This hotel was very nice and walkable to many restaurants/beach/etc. only downfall was you had to park in a paid lot that was very full. Staff was great and we got excellent dinner recommendations.

Great location

Friendly staff and great location. You can walk in to the centre of town. Wonderful buffet breakfast too. Only negatives - parking is a bit challenging and would suggest blackout curtains in the room. There was an outside light on all night which the current curtains didn't block out..

Agréable séjour

Bien situé, près du port et des halles, et de la plage, mais calme. Nous avons connu cet hôtel en décembre 2019. Intérieur très joli, et maintenant il y a café et thé à toute heure dans un petit salon, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Grand salon très confortable pour discuter avec des amis. On nous a demandé de parler moins fort dans le petit salon à cause des chambres en haut. Personnel très agréable, mais un nouvel employé le soir qui ne pouvait pas répondre à nos questions concernant un parking gratuit à proximité.

Hotel bien situé, deco et ambiance familiale et authentique. Accueil formidable. Espaces communs super : salle avec café et thé à disposition (j’ai adoré, c’est génial pour nous de passage dans un hôtel et c’est tellement rare !), espace lounge tres convivial, billard, presse magazine à disposition… Si je retourne à Saint Jean de Luz, je retournerai dans cet hotel !

Très bon hôtel très bien placé, très bon accueil, attentionné, café et thé à disposition à tout heure . Juste un regret chambre petite cette fois ci , habituellement pendant mes autres séjours j’avais logé dans des plus chambre spacieuses.
