A perfect stay! The owner was incredibly welcoming, our room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. It was steps away from the beach, excellent restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait to stay again!

Best location and welcome to St. J de Luz
Hotel Txoko was excellent. The Hotel is located in the pedestrianised area and a one minute walk to the beach. The Hotel was spotless. Our room was very comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. The lady managing the Hotel was very welcoming and was always available to offer advice or assistance. We were very well looked after.

The owner of the hotel was wonderful, the breakfast was prepared and served by her, it seemed like a one person operation. She was so nice and accommodating we look forward to staying again.

This is a wonderful place to stay a few steps from the beach and right in the center of St. Jean de Luz. If you get a room with a balcony you can have breakfast served there every morning.The staff is very helpful, cheerful, and quite nice about helping you find things to do, restaurants and local tours. We stayed 4 nights and I will remember this hotel with great fondness due to the friendliness of the staff. Ir's a small hotel with a big heart.

The location is outstandingly good - a stone's throw from the fabulous beach in the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed. Our host was lovely - nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast on the little balcony attached to our room was delightful.

Really loved this place. Claudette is THE best host - polite and accommodating. Such a nice vibe, You cannot get a better location - so close to the beach and literally above a great selection of restaurants. Will definitely return.

Would go again any time
We were very impressed with the reception of the staff and their friendliness. When my husband needed a comb someone went to the pharmacy just to buy one for him. The breakfast was worth it and the bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet even though we faced the street, especially if you closed the windows and the shutters. They gave us great food recommendations and were were only steps from the beach

Exceptional service, great location
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly! They even helped book travel arrangements for us. Location is perfect for walking around Saint Jean De Luz, right in the heart of where you want to be. Staff made us feel comfortable and right at home, they even let us leave our luggage in lobby for the entire day while we walked around.

Hôtel vraiment sympa, dommage que les rideaux ne soit pas plus opaque pour ne pas laisser passé la lumière de la rue et le chauffage vraiment bruyant. La situation géographique est idéal

A good place to stay in St Jean de Luz
Top location close to the beach. Very service minded staff made us feel special and wellcome. Room was in the first floor which occationally impacted our sleep as noisy and tipsy restaurant visitors in the adjacent street had an urge to sing loud and clear around midnight. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will come back another year.

Hôtel et patron très sympa Mais attention certaines chambres se situent côté rue avec bars et restos donc pas silencieuses sur tout et surtout pas de parking à proximité et c est juste l’enfer pour trouver une place

Bonjour Monsieur, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire, votre avis est très important pour que nous puissions nous améliorer et vous offrir des séjours encore plus mémorables. Concernant le bruit, il est vrai que nous sommes dans une rue aussi sympathique que vivante et malheureusement, certaines personnes ne s'imaginent pas que des clients d'hôtel se trouvent juste au dessus de leurs têtes. Nous en sommes sincèrement désolés. Concernant le parking, nous vous indiquons une place arrêt minute dans notre email de confirmation et deux autres endroits où vous pouvez parquer votre véhicule. Il est vrai que le centre-ville de Saint-Jean est en pleine mutation et que le parking le plus proche de notre hôtel ne sera remis en service que d'ici quelques mois. Nous espérons quand même que vous aurez apprécié votre séjour parmi nous et espérons vous revoir bientôt.

Un hôtel charmant avec un emplacement idéal. Les meilleurs restaurants sont à 10 minutes. Une pensée particulière pour la directrice de l’hôtel une personne sympathique et disponible, elle m à fait me sentir chez moi. J’y reviendrais.

Tout est parfait! Idéalement situé en plein centre et à côté de la plage, L'hôtel et les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres et très confortables. Le petit dejeuner est un vrai délice. Quant à la propriétaire des lieux, elle est extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée. Adorable même. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Petit Hôtel idealement placé en plein centre ville, à côté de la plage.La dame a la réception est très agréable et au petit soin en autres en expliquant où se garer. Seul bémol, un peu de bruit le soir étant en centre ville, mais faut il penser à fermer les volets pour plus d isolation, et on ne peut pas tout avoir!😊

Agréable séjour à St Jean de Luz
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 minutes de la gare SNCF, et tout près de la plage, dans une rue piétonne où se trouvent beaucoup de restaurants. L'accueil a été très agréable, les mesures anti Covid obligeaient à prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre, ainsi que le diner, qui ont été servis quand je els désirais. Personnel aux petits soins.

värd ett besök
Detta lilla fina hotell ligger ”mitt i smeten” vilket har många fördelar, men också två nackdelar: - bullret på kvällen och tidig natt gör att fönstret och fönsterluckorna måste vara stängda - bilen måste parkeras på en öppen parkeringsplats några hundra meter från hotellet. Det går inte att först släppa av passagerare och bagage vid hotellet och sedan parkera eftersom hotellet ligger på en gågata. I övrigt är hotellet och dess Madam väldigt trevlig. Visserligen måste man bära bagage en våning, men därefter finns det en liten hiss. Frukosten är personligt lagad av Madam efter gästens önskemål enligt en lista, mycket god och prisvärd (12 euro).

Séjour parfait à l’hôtel Txoko. Excellent accueil rien ne manque dans les chambres qui sont très joliment décorées. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et Claudette veille à ce qu’il ne nous manque rien. Un hôtel très agréable, un séjour reposant ...
Hôtel très calme implanté au coeur de la ville de Saint Jean de Luz, dans une rue piétonnière proche du port et des commerces. La propriétaire est très accueillante et se met en quatre pour que le séjour soit réussi. Chambre propre et confortable, excellent petit-déjeuner avec des spécialités locales.

フレンチバスクの心地よいホテル
ホテルは鉄道の駅から近く、街中にあり、観光にもショッピングにもとても便利で、海岸も歩いてすぐでした。ホテルの方もとても親切で、朝食は11ユーロで食べることができ、とても美味しく満足でした。パンやヨーグルトなど全て美味しかったけれど、特にコーヒーが美味しかったです。泊まった部屋はバスタブはなくシャワーだけでしたが、バスク地方のファブリックを使った内装はステキでした。

Charming little hotel
Very good location just a couple of steps from the beach but still in the centre of Saint Jean de Luz. Hotel provided beach towels and mattresses which was very nice. Good and reasonably priced breakfast and lovely and helpful staff. We would definately stay here again. Street is quite busy with restaurants so a little noise came to the room but it didn't bother us at all. Our room was quite compact, so someone who is looking for a big room should maybe consider the larger rooms with terrace. All and all, a perfect stay, we were very happy with the hotel!
