Used kiosk to check in and get room keys, first 2 sets made for us didn’t work. Employee assisting guests at the kiosk was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Went through the check in line which was slow but that employee was friendly and cancelled all keys, did some kind of a reset and made new ones which worked. Room was clean and comfortable, food was expensive,
