Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms Excellent breakfast = Staff friendly enough - A/C was not working any of the rooms (other guests had the same problem). Temperature in room was probably around 85F / 26C, even though outside it was less than 70F / 20C. Staff advised me to open windows, which cannot be opened by design. Reception area was cool and nice, so there was A/C. Just not in the rooms for some reason. That made staying in the room very uncomfortable. I had to prop open my front door with a soda can to keep it open and try to get some of the corridor air (which was cool) to get inside the room.

Campanile ou l'art d'être pris pour un pigeon

Marre d'être pris pour un pigeon. En plus de payer sa chambre, et alors qu'il est indiqué que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking, la surprise est qu'une fois arrivée, on vous réclame 9€ / nuit pour se garer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Au delà du prix, je trouve que le parking (qui appartient à l'hôtel) devrait faire parti du service rendu. Et c'est affiché partout, vous ne pouvez pas le louper !!! Autre surprise, plus de ménage ! sauf si on paye !!! Bien sur, l'écologie est mise en avant. Ne serait-ce pas plutôt "l'économie" ! Et bien sur cette économie faite par l'hôtel, n'est pas répercutée sur le prix de la chambre ! Je ne discute pas le fait de ne pas changer les draps et les serviettes, notamment pour 2 nuits. Effectivement, je trouve ça logique. Mais un coup d'aspiro, vider les poubelles et un coup sur le lavabo, ce n'est pas de l'écologie, c'est de l'hygiène. Je comprend mieux l'état de la chambre et notamment de la moquette (même sombre, on voit des traces par exemple à l'entrée ou entre la chambre et la salle de bain). A force de ne pas nettoyer, la saleté s'incruste. Pour nettoyer cette moquette correctement, il faudra un jour utiliser de bons produits bien chimiques, mais pas très écologiques pour le coup. L'entretien, c'est au quotidien ! Un hôtel qui récent, mais qui vieilli très mal : moisissure dans la douche, plaquage du bois qui s'en va, plateau bouilloire décollé , rideaux arrachés ... Bref, ça ne vaut pas le détour

Bonsoir réservation faite au mois de Février. Erreur commise sur les dates de réservations. J'ai demandé l'annulation de ma réservation, refus de l'hôtel car la réservation était sans annulation mais je pense qu'en un mois il avait la possibilité de relouer les chambres.

Weekend à Rennes

Ayant passé un weekend a Rennes nous avons réservé une nuitée et un petit déj franchement nous avons été bien reçu,une bonne nuit et un bon petit déjeuner, rien a redire,la prochaine fois que nous partirons on hésite pas a réserver dans la même chaîne, merci encore.
