I don’t understand all the positive reviews?
On the website this place looks great. In reality our room was old and dated, we found a considerable number of long dark hairs in the bed, and the bathroom had no shower and in 38C summer temperatures you don’t really want a bath! The service was pretty poor too. At 10am for breakfast we were pressured into sitting outside if the glaring sun (temperatures already in th mid 30s) despite there being a whole dining room set up. Obviously an inconvenience for them to have to re-set tables... We stayed in another 4* hotel just before our stay to the Belle Vie and the standard of accommodation, service and facilities was non comparable though the price per room was very similar. The Belle Vie would be fine if it was £100 per night. At over £180 per night I think they’re way over priced and even stretching the imagination 4* is not an appropriate rating for this place. Really just a BnB with a few extras.....

A must stop, magical feel and warm staff.
Amazing place, the owner and staff were truly warm and welcoming. A must stop if in the area. The rooms and the entire location is truly magical and relaxing. A gem, can't say enough about this place. It was magical for us.

Étapes de charmes
Séjour d’une nuit, pour une étape. Parfait pour se détendre après une longue route. Les deux piscines sont parfaites et le cadre magnifique. Très bon repas au restaurant de l’hotel. Seul bémol, mais pas très grave. La chambre était annoncé avec douche et baignoire dans l’annonce mais il n’y avait qu’une douche.

Le charme de la camagne près de tout!
Superbe hôtel de charme. Très bien situé, à la fois isolé mais facile pour rejoindre toutes les petits villages de Gard et de la Provence. Chic et de bon goût.

Merveilleux hôtel à taille humaine
Tout y était parfait, de la gentillesse des membres du personnel, leur dévouement pour nous faire passer de très bonnes vacances à la qualité des services, l'offre du restaurant. Nous recommandons vivement à toute personne souhaitant passer de merveilleuses vacances dans un hôtel à taille humaine (8 chambres) où tout est fait pour qu'on se sente tout simplement bien. Merci à Marie et sa maman pour ces trop courtes vacances!
