"This is my second time visiting Excellence oyster bay and the goal of this trip was relaxation and I was able to do just that !
From arrival I was greeted with smiles and helpful staff Nakoya checked us in and was super welcoming and answered all of our questions
The room was clean and well maintained the amenities were great
The main lobby bar was always a good time Whew Dennis , Steven and Christopher made the best drinks and kept the energy going all night
I had the best massage at the Miile spa and Megan provided my service her hands were magical.
The one thing I felt could have been better was the food . When you go to an island or country you expect to experience the foods of their culture and unfortunately that’s where they dropped the ball for me. The buffet food was the only “authentic” Jamaican food available which was still mediocre. No traditional fruits such as coconut, sugar cane, etc even if they had it by the beach. I had to leave the resort to access those items.
