"The food was great with a lot of variety. I love that there were multiple restaurants to choose from. The staff very courteous and helpful. My room was clean and cleaners came by daily especially once I upgraded to a higher tier membership with the hotel. I loved all the activities available on the resort. They have snorkeling, sailing and scuba diving right on resort so you don’t have to go out for that. Upgrading your room packing gives more perks and access to special areas…I would recommend doing that if you want to access the cabanas and privileged areas daily.
My only negative is that the bathroom/room should have additional hooks in the shower to hang bathing suits. There was no she’s to hang my wet swimsuit other than in front of the sink which is not a good idea for keeping the floor dry. I also recommend that front desk should inform guests about restaurant dress codes while checking in. I wasn’t aware you could wear tank tops at a restaurant and I was turned away from one of the restaurants on my first day. It’s an embarrassing lesson to learn in front of others, especially when you’re hungry."
