"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

"Our stay at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the entire resort incredibly clean and welcoming. What truly made the experience special, though, was the level of respect and hospitality we received. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A very special shoutout to Victor Montel — he went above and beyond in every interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He truly elevated our experience and is a big reason we’ll be coming back. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, feel valued, and enjoy top-tier service, this is it. Highly recommend!"

"This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too."

"The Vista was in Falmouth, Trelawny an area that I am very familiar with. The staff at the Vista were excellent, friendly and helpful. The layout of the facility was very thoughtful and well planned out. This was my first time there but I would certainly stay there again."

"Great experience and beautiful resort."

"This wasn’t my first stay at GVH, but it will almost certainly be my last. It was my first time staying solo, and the experience fell well below expectations. To give credit, the grounds appear well maintained since Hurricane Melissa. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. For the price I paid for three nights, the WiFi was completely unacceptable. Reliable internet is a basic expectation. I checked with the front desk multiple times and was assured it worked, it didn’t. Only at checkout was I told I’d been given the wrong details the entire time. The response was a casual apology and WiFi details for a “next stay,” which felt insulting. A partial refund would have been far more appropriate. I was also initially placed in a room where the air conditioning didn’t work and had to move. While the new room was close by, this change was not properly updated by the front desk. Therefore, at checkout I was met with looks suggesting I had accessed a room I shouldn’t have. That is not my responsibility. There are no lifts, so I had to call the front desk (using my own phone credit) for help with my luggage. Assistance was given, but it felt like an inconvenience to them. The front desk staff overall were dismissive and unhelpful, making basic interactions frustrating. Breakfast was underwhelming, standard but you could be better. Overall, very disappointing. For the price, I expected much better. Save your money, an Airbnb would likely offer better service and value!!"
