The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility.

A l'arrivée, réception fermée, enregistrement laborieux appel assistance pour rentrer. Chambre petite, pas de rangement pour 4 nuits pas top mais faute d'Hôtel.com, m2 pas indiqués. Anomalies: manque 1 drap de bain, serviette pas prévue et support pommeau de douche à resserrer (pas signaler par les nombreux voyageurs et personnel de ménage) La responsable a tenu à nous offrir un petit déjeûner pour ces désagrément ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié, extrêment rare. Dernier jour, il manquait les gobelets. Sinon très calme, très bien pour 1 nuit

Hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Un hôtel récent avec une literie confortable et une douche sans le fameux rideau qui vous colle à la peau quand vous vous douchez. Une brasserie, accessible à 5mn à pieds, propose une variété de plats aux prix corrects. Excellent rapport qualité-prix par rapport aux alternatives à Aubenas. Mon point de chute lors de mes déplacements professionnels dans la région

Médiocre a fuir

Tres déçu de mon expérience dans votre établissement. Malheureusement les chambres sont plus que petites on se marche dessus. Pour un couple avec un petit bébé. Impossible de circuler dans la chambre. De plus je tiens à vous faire remarquer que dans un lit parapluie on met un matelas or ici vous donnez la possibilité d’avoir un lit parapluie pour faire dormir un bébé mais sans matelas la honte. La salle de bain est plus que médiocre c’est pire que dans un f1. Le wc est bientôt dans la douche ainsi que le lavabo. Je ne comprends pas non plus pourquoi aucunes porte de douche est mise à part un morceau qui sépare le lavabo. Enfin bref … le ridicule ne tue pas mais bon ça a bien tué mon séjour.
