"Ok so the check in process was a little problematic bc the link you are given by email goes to a page where you are given instructions at check-in time which is 3pm. It will give you a code for the front door and room. Enter the code and press #. You see that bit of instruction when you scroll down the page. I didn’t know that so keep that in mind. Otherwise it’s very easy to check in. The unit has everything you need kitchen wise but no refreshments. Just bring your own. There are 2 coffee...

6/10 Okay

"After checking in there was no one to assist us with our luggage. No bell hop available. The luggage cart barely fit into the elevator (4 person max) and we struggled to get it to our room. The parking garage that was associated with the hotel would've taken us another hour in traffic to park there so we chose a more expensive, closer garage. Overall, staff were polite and the room was clean but would only stay here again if nothing else was available."

"Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. When we first checked in, our room had a huge stain that clearly had not been cleaned properly. Staff attempted to clean it but couldn’t remove it, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse there were ants all over the floor and even in the bed. When we went to the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, the employee actually said, “At least it’s not bed bugs,” as if that somehow made the situation acceptable. We were unable to comfortably stay in the room because of the infestation and felt completely dismissed by staff. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to properly resolve the issue made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend staying here."

"Nice hotel as far as location and could be great if properly managed. Probably better for convention people than tourists. Several areas of ripped carpet on floors, the bridge to our room had a shattered window. Wifi went out so restaurants couldn't take orders once. Water to our room went out so no shower or ability to flush toilets in our room or lobby bathrooms for several hours. They have a robot to clean carpets running around. Pool area pretty crowded when the sun comes out."

"Wonderful staff. Tried their very best. Clearly management and/or policy issues. Two of the five nights they forgot to clean the room. In the bar area, again wonderful and kind staff, but system issues. Took 30 minutes to get the check, then the check was incorrect as it was for a different table, and then an additional 20 minutes to wait to get the correct check. Breakfast area in the morning had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Restaurant was only half full. Half the table were not cleared, so there was no where to sit in a half occupied restaurant. All told, every staff member were kind and caring. Felt like the hotel was in transition of some kind and for the price we paid for a king suite, the service was less than what we expected."

"I go to this hotel since its opening. I like the large room, the parking and the location. However, I have seen decrease in the quality of the facility and the service, with price increase. The last couple times I have been , were really bad. Once I had about 1 inch of dust in the room. Advised the main desk , sent an email.and nothing was done . This time the ac was not working. I was offered to change room , but after the second night, I was already installed. The towels in the rooms were in an unacceptable condition. Staff could careless. Not going back ever . For the same price you can have better hotels in better location (10-30) for example."
