"Warm welcome in a picturesque hotel. Personnel was very friendly, spoke English and Dutch. The room itself was very nice. Bathroom was small, but we knew from pictures in advance. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The only real negative was the lack of airco (which we also knew in advance). Breakfast was very good. Products were high quality and tasteful. It’s not a gigantic buffet, as in large hotels, but that’s also fine. It’s quality over quantity. You can sit outside and enjoy...

"Wonderful location, wonderful hosts. Lovely B&B perfectly located away from the D-Day towns and beaches, but only minutes from the important sites by car. My only regret is over-scheduling outside events, we would have preferred more time just enjoying the place. We WILL be back!"

"We stayed one night at the chateau in July as a family of 5, including three teens. The property exterior is beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Our unit was a 2-bed, 2-bath. Unfortunately the hotel did not tell us ahead of time that the upstairs bath was out of order. Or offer any type of reimbursement. We paid almost $700 for the night. The main floor of the unit did have a mini split a/c, however, the upstairs attic bedroom did not. It was so hot, easily 20 degrees warmer, that our boys...

"Absolutely outstanding hotel. Everything about our stay was excellent from the accommodation to the welcome from all the staff. Very relaxing and great breakfast. Nothing was too much troubloe for the owner and her staff and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area especially if you plan to visit the D Day beaches. Would have no hesitation in rebooking..."

"Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special."
