The location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"This was a great place to stay. Close walk to town and Pendennis castle. I have heard many places with 'old world charm' and this definitely fits the description. Loved the decor and history of the hotel."

Best Western Fowey Valley

Best Western Fowey Valley

10/10 Excellent
"Really lovely stay and a great surprise. The room was much bigger than we expected and we were really pleased to find that the kids effectively had their own little room within our room, with really good-sized bunk beds. It made such a difference travelling as a family and everyone had plenty of space. The staff were absolutely outstanding, genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and really added to our stay. The room was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and, oddly important after a long day, the TV was simple to use without having to fight with it! One useful update is that the hotel does now have an alcohol licence, despite some of the information we received beforehand suggesting otherwise, so drinks are available from the bar added bonus. We were only there for one night but were genuinely impressed. It was excellent value for a family room and we would very happily stay again."
