But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life. "

"Mai House is a beautiful hotel and great place to stay at. Staff were friendly and helpful. My oom was very nice and roomy, comes with a kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils (we stayed in one bedroom apartment). Location is perfect and central. I'd definitely stay here again!"
