"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. "It’s a really nice hotel with good service. The problem we had was accessing with a baby buggy. For both entrances they are not exactly barrier free. The main entrance has stairs or forces you to walk on the road with cars, the second rear entrance has a lot of stairs and you basically have to carry the buggy up this flight of stairs. They need to reform these aspects of the hotel. "
