"Our stay at the St. Regis Cairo exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. ​The cleanliness of the room was remarkable; housekeeping clearly takes great pride in their work. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. ​The standout of our trip, however, was the service. Nancy from the Concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us navigate the city. Her recommendations were spot on and her professional, warm demeanor was much appreciated. If you are looking for luxury paired with a staff that truly cares, this is the place to be."
