"What a great hotel 👍 A lovely, historic building in the centre of a gorgeous town with very friendly locals, supermarkets , pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though.
