"We liked the lake access with free paddle boards, kayaking, aqua-cycles, and jet ski rentals. The shuttle bus to Silver Dollar City is convienient. We did not like there's no Tiki Bars but you can bring your own alcohol. There is a super chill outside bar on the property. Coffee pots are provided but not coffee. There's no room service but there is a really good pizza place and severa food trucks on the property."

"The property was fantastic. The cottages were clean, well equipped, and laid out for our family of five. We needed maintenance for the tub as srain, and he was there within 20 minutes. The pools were great. You will be solicited to attend a time share meeting when obtaining your parking pass. I am glad I had read othwe reviews so I was not surprised. It would be nice if it was mentioned somewhere when reviewing the property. All in all, my family had a great stay and we would stay again!"

"I’ve stayed here a few time before but the new remodel has made it go from good to great. The rooms feel like less cramped and more homey than a regular style hotel room, my only complaint is all the light bulbs in the lamps are white and way to high of lumens to be functional but that’s really the only thing I can say"

"The pools were very nice and close by. The condo was very nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was good. We had a 13 month old with us and most electric outlets didn't have plugs in them. She's still crawling and her legs and feet were filthy because the floors were so dirty! We didn't understand that we would check in one place then travel several miles to the condo and that it was an upstairs unit. Check out was easy."

"We had a wonderful stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, jack Henry’s was on point, and hotel was in a great location right in the heart of Branson. Now for the cons, There was a large stain on the carpet. You could see the box on the wall where the room used to have central heat and air. It had evidently gone out and was replaced by one of the older hotel AC units. The electrical box was just laying on the floor for it to plug in too. Doesn’t seem very safe. There were lots of unruly children at the pool not being watched by parents and not following hotel pool rules. After a 10 minute shower I was ankle deep in water because the shower in the room didn’t drain properly. Besides these minor inconveniences we had a great time and will stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Branson. Definitely better than most other hotels in the area. "
