"Staff was rude. I tried to check in early and told me to wait until their check in time at 3pm. Room was average with guests next door being loud slamming doors. Had visible signs of previous guests and bathroom shower door wouldn’t stay closed so water went everywhere. When I checked out front staff didn’t acknowledge my stay just took my key card and turned the other way. I’ve been coming at this location for 3yrs and this was my worst experience. "
