"Bed was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Took the kids to the pool and went to Leave at 8:15pm ( pool closes at 10pm) man stopped them in the hall and asked for their towels so he could start a load of laundry… when said they would be freezing he told them they can run up and get under the covers. ..."
