Loved the location!! I Was able to move around town without having to get a rental car. There was a bar in the Hotel that also served food after hours ! The rooms were very spacious and clean.

This property is GREAT like I loved it. Spending 2 nights on the Second floor was TERRIBLE , It Noisy past 10pm, the ladies in the hallway were loud without being considerate of other Guest (maybe they had too many drinks) Also guests were Stomping above my head (3rdfloor) was hard to deal with. Housekeepers have to do their Job but they also interrupt your Mornings but Stomping above and Cleaning.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was clean but service was lacking, it took 25 minutes to get our order for dinner. At breakfast we had to ask for black tea, there was plenty of green tea available, and only artificial sugar was readily available. The roses in the lobby permeated the whole downstairs and due to allergies and asthma we decided to eat in our room, however since breakfast was all you can eat we were told we had to eat in the dining area even when we explained there were health issues. I would stay here again but would plan to eat out. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

The check in clerk seems nice but she was very in genuine or fake after the check in process is done. I came to asked to let me borrow some wine glasses as I always have done this at other hotels, she said no, and it’s hotel policy. I told her you can bill to make room if needed. She still said no. There were no bartenders around. The iron board in the room was broken after I check in and fell over. The room service guy had the nerves to asked me if I broke it. I paid $160 for the room to be put next to the elevator and a view of the roof with all the vents. Horrible. Knowing there were plenty of other vacant rooms when I walked in to check in as there were no cars in the parking lot. In top of the cable not working and the WiFi keeps shutting off, there were a lot of noises in the hallway at 2am in the morning, people slamming doors and running around in the hall smoking weed all stinking up the hall and the smell came into our room. We couldn’t get a good night sleep. So for $160, I will not be staying here again.

hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding....most hoteld offered a free morning breakfast this hotel charged $12.99 for a sparce breakfast so even tho this was a great hotel my business will go back to Hampton

I love the experience is a really good hotel to stay and have great vacation time or just in between bussines trips because is also close to the airport.There’s also a lot of nice restaurants around the area and shopping.The surroundings of the property are a breath taking you can enjoy the nature walking by there’s a really nice little lake next to the hotel that makes it look and feel like a even more peaceful and delightful hotel to go to.I really recommend it to anyone.More then 5 stars overall.

Lovely front counter staff and clean loft area. However, my room had shedded hair from either the previous guests or from staff. It was in between the bedsheets, the shower, the bath towels and blankets ! I stayed for 3 nights and was told room service is for every “other” day. No one came until after 5:30pm and I had to decline since I was showering. Had to grab my own towels take out my own bins. Gave a $13 cheap and gross buffet breakfast. Not worth staying.

Kitchen food smell reached our room. Style is nice. Asked to clean room. Floors were still dirty after cleaning. No hair dryer. Safe did not work. Asked front desk to look into it. No response. A car was broken into while we were there. Convenient location.
