Not what i asked for i asked for a queen bed got a double bed that dosent fit the bed frame the room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smlt like a cigarette store bathroom sink faucet didnt work the shower was missing the handle to turn the water on and the door to go into the apartment was very hard to open

Very unhappy. I have stayed at Motel 6 before and never one like this. Had to run the water forever to get "hot water" which was actually more like luke warm at best. Wash cloth looked used and a used bar of soap sitting on top of it by the sink. Bedspread and dirt stains. Made me wonder if the sheets were actually fresh. People coming and going all night long - looked like drug deals going on, not to mention the loud talking of the people coming and going. Some of the guests look like they actually lived at the hotel. Did not feel safe and contemplated moving hotels. Do not recommend this hotel for a single female staying by herself.

Personnel were excellent in working out a room to stay during a time of full occupancy. Did have to finiah cleaning the bathroom and shower due to someone previously dying their hair in the sink and shower.

We called ahead from Dallas Airport saying our flight was getting in at 12:30 am so we would be checking in about 1:00 am. When we arrived at 1:00 the office was locked and a sign said staff was on a 30 minute break. No exact time of return. Two more parties came to check in as we waited. My husband and I waited from 1:00-1:35 and finally started to drive off in frustration despite having a paid in advance reservation. Then a woman got out of her car to ask if she could help us and said she was just coming back from break with her young daughter who she brought into the office with her. She hurriedly checked us in. It was all very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. Being close to the airport the desk needs to be covered at all times. It is not a safe area to wait. The exterior spaces were rundown and dirty. The room was bare bones and patched together where things had broken.

There was me and another person in the next room in this section of hotel. I seen 2 guys on bicycles looking into my car and car next to me and tried opening the door handle on my car. They seen me open the door and I yelled for them to get away from there and that i was calling the police. My cell phone was dead and my charger was in my car and I was afraid to go to my car so I tried using the land line phone in my room to call the desk and police. It was dead. I checked cord to phone and wall which was plugged in. I didn’t sleep at all and i had to leave at 4 am for a flight. Very upset this happened. Shower had black mildew and night stand had dried possible soda on it.

Typical Motel 6 amenities. We arrived at about 5 or 6 pm but had to deal with the front desk person through the night window. We left before te office opened in the morning so didn’t get any free coffee. There was no coffee pot in the room. It was very noisy…with the sound of smelling like a very large coffee percolator going all night. It was very close to gas & a freeway entrance so we were able to get on the road again quickly.

There was no phone in the room. There was ONE employee on the property, who locked herself in the office and dealt with customers through the key window at 6 p.m. I needed a wakeup call and asked her to call my cell in the morning, That actually worked! The shower temperature knob had been stolen of smashed. it was barely possible to twist the nub by hand to turn up the temperature. The TV was flaky, with no listing of what was on the channels. it kept losing the signal. When I checked out in the morning, there were two people in the office and the door was unsecured.

Disappointed.
The first room I was given had roaches in it. One in the sink, one on the floor and one on the wall. I washed the one in the sink down the drain and hit the others with a shoe. This was room 113. I was moved to another room, 101 which I did not see any bugs in it. The very nice receptionist said she would make some kind of adjustment to what I paid for the inconvenience of having to move. I’m not sure how to see what was credited back. The second rooms shower was covered in mold but no roaches. Bed was comfortable. The fridge had a freezer which I use for my ice blocks.

The staff were pleasant upon arrival and the hotel room had been updated. With that said the sheets were stained, the room at first had a chemical smell from being cleaned but over time that smell dwindled and a sewer smell erupted, there were little bugs flying around that got worse when using the shower. We would have left if we didn’t check in so late and had our dog with us

The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door closed. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, standing water! The bathroom shower and walls had mold on them with dirty smudges all over the door! Worst night ever! But the toilet flushed 😡
