So they charge a $100 "security" deposit, which is not mentioned until you make the non-refundable booking. Then when you check out they say it is automatically refunded. I had to contact my CC company finally after 6 days to get it removed!!!!!! What a scam I've never experienced this at other hotels.

Overall, everything is satisfactory except for the free breakfast. Please put in the website that breakfast starts at 7am. We travel to Rancho Cordova for my daughter’s tournament and breakfast at 6am is big for us coz we need to be in the venue at 7am.

Ample parking and very good breakfast buffet were a definite plus. Exercise room was great with tread mills. Rooms were spacious with small refrigerators.

This place is great for families. The staff was accommodating. The common area is used for a nice breakfast and at night they set up games and play sports on the tv. It was a great experience.

I only stayed the night , room was good but the morning breakfast was not . Only eggs , biscuit with gravy ( no meat selection ) everything else was ok .

Hotel was nice. Certain features like rug was slightly outdated but overall very clean and staff was great!

The hotel was very clean and pleasant, main down side was the thin walls, we could hear everything from the room next door and they were quiet noisy until 2am. The beds were not as comfortable as we would like but overall the room was very nice.

There’s a good and bad things about the stay we had in this hotel . Let’s start with the bad one …We come here all the time and booked a 2 night stay this time . We were not informed upon check in that we need to inform the staff if we want our room clean . When we came back at night after a busy day , our room was still a mess and when we call the desk they only told us that we only clean if you tell us to clean it . We are expecting it made up since it is a hotel and not airbnb. Staff told us it was like that since Covid . We would understand if it was communicated to us during check in and also considering we’ve been to this hotel several times since pre and post Covid we know that this is not true because we had no problems from our previous stays . We just don’t like how the staff handled this when we asked them . It seems that it was our fault for not asking them to clean the room . They said there was a miscommunication . I mean it is only considered as such if it was communicated and the other party failed to understand. But if it wasn’t communicated at all in the beginning then it is not miscommunication . We would appreciate if staff handled this type of complaints in a professional manner and not being rude . They may need in -service for this . Now let’s go to the good side …I will commend the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the breakfast itself . It was nice and the service crew was efficient . Parking is good and location is convenient .

Very comfortable stay for a local baseball tournament. Room was clean and good size. Lobby was inviting and great for social gathering with some games and entertainment for guests. Free breakfast and free parking. Walking distance to food options.
