We only stayed for the night. The only negative was that the bed, we could feel the springs and only 1 very thin "blanket". Luckily we had with us a comforter, otherwise it would be like sleeping with just sheets.

Long wait time to check in - took 30 min. Thin comforters. No one answered room service at 10:45 pm. I believe one person was manning the register and there were 6-8 ppl waiting to check in.

This is our 11th or 12th stay at this property. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is really nice although I wish I was open a little later than 9 o’clock. Plenty of places to park that are well lit. A good value.

The staff at the front desk was nice. The parking was clean and easy. The room looked nice. The couch needs a vacuum. While sitting down i kept getting sand stick on me. The mattress was yellow with stain that may have been there for years. The AC/heater works well. The breakfast was not the most appetizing. I enjoyed the stay just wished they were more detailed when it comes to cleanliness.

We had a good stay. We had an unexpected (non -deposit) charge at check-in but it was straightened out at checkout. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Service was great. Room was basic. Sink and tub drain was slow so they would flood. Carpets didnt feel so clean. We ended up leaving after 1 hour knowing we wouldnt get a refund. I didnt feel comfortable having my two young boys play on the carpet or showing in the flooded tub.

We have stayed at many BW hotels, and this one was a bit quirky starting with a difficult to locate entrance. Unfortunately, upon walking into the hotel, the air inside was very musty and felt thick to breathe in. Our room was clean and tidy but the bed I slept on was very lumpy and uncomfortable. My travel companions said their bed was quite comfortable though. Desk reception was very helpful and welcoming. A mixed bag for this trip.

I didn’t like the pillow. It make my neck hurt so bad and can’t sleep. I didn’t enjoyed my night at all. Been tossing and turning all night long because of the pillow.

Great staff, mediocre accommodation
Paid a little more for a pool and hot tub pictured on the site. This is the 4th booking on a row where a hotel has a hot tub that is broken. This one has yellow tape around it. Carpets were dirty. Was noon smoking rooms but our first room smelled like someone smoked in it for years. The next run had the smell of smoke covered with cleaning chemicals. We just dealt with it. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, very professional. Bed was pretty comfortable. The interiors need an update for sure. We doable for 1 night.
